Vacuum leaking down when you shut the engine off. They all do it now. :)
You sure that's what it is? I believe it is the IC pump shutting down. But I could be wrong i guess. I would think a vacuum leak would last longer and be a little more quiet inside the cabin of the car.

No I have no sounds. Fans shut off about 2 seconds after I kill the ignition.

Ok, so you have the slightly older set up. My fans shut down immediately. They also won't kick on until the car is running. I know with the slightly older config the fans would kick on without the vehicle actually running, and they stay on for a couple seconds after shut down. And if I am correct about the sound being the IC pump shutting down, maybe the folks that hear it are those of us with the newer high flow IC pump..? Just a guess on that part.

Idk about slightly older. Just ordered it end of May and have put 1000 miles on it. My fans come on after engine is running.

My fans turn on the second I press the brake and turn off >10s after I've walked away from the car.

Whatever the situation, the sound OP is hearing is the IC pump. You can literally hear the pump "pop" and shut down. I know the high flow pump is an option, so i'm sure not all have it. However, what I don't know, is whether or not the original pump and the high flow make the same sound as shutting down. Or if maybe the high flow is just a bit louder shutting down, so it's easier to hear. But without a doubt, it's the pump making the "fart" sound.

I have verified that it is not the pump, with the engine off I jumper end out the relay to bleed the IC and the motor is pretty quiet. Jump got hot as hell but no fart sound.
