Actually, I am super familiar with the inner workings of engines! So its pretty clear to me what the risks are ;)

Although you have intrigued me about the blower being taken out. Self contained oiling, only thing coming in is air from the filter... what do you think is going to come back up the intake manifold and hurt the blower????
I'll tell you, parts of your piston and valves.... They do really nice things to the blower case and rotors, along with the IC. Since you're super familiar with the inner workings of engines, apparently it's not so clear what the risks are..... Good luck

You can't answer if you're running pump gas? Interesting....

I feed trolls.

Listen, Thanks for the heads up, I'll be sure and inspect my blower case and screws and replace as nessicary should the engine blow. Thanks for the insight.:frusty:

Better?

I think I made a mistake. I was under the impression you would actually run your car. A garage queen I'm sure that will bench race his dyno number forever.... I'll still hang around for the "it went boom" thread.

 This thread is like a soap opera. Way to stay professional one particular vendor :tsk: #Classy

That said, the results are impressive and I don't understand the concerns at these levels of boost. You have so much control over the mean effective cylinder pressure through cam control and....experts boost is a factor of mainly airflow restriction. A bigger blower will potentially have a higher measurement due to volume, but it is usually at a much lower mixture temperature. As long as cylinder pressure and temperature is managed the factory parts are more than durable. Were none of you born yet when we were running 30PSI stock block Windsors off of EEC4's in the ninety's? #TickingTimeBombs

...but I'm just another idiot on the internet that tunes 4000HP multi-million dollar natural gas engines that keep the internets running, I'm sure these little Mustang engines are far more complex ;)
