Will have to have someone shut my car down while I am outside of it, with the hood up. I sincerely thought that the IC pump shutting down was the only possible option. As with everything, it appears other options exist 
But I am stubborn and still have a hard time believing it's not the pump. Also am certain that I never heard it before the Whipple install .But can't deny that video sounds veryyy similar.
