Another note... are you sure they sent you the 5.0 axle backs and not the v6 or EB ab's?

That sucks. I had my mechanic do mine with my knuckle-to-toe's, LCA bushings, and the rest - he said they went on quickly, and straight too.

I got the AB installed, but no video due to a random thunderstorm. But I do have to say, it sounds brilliant with the H-pipe. I am 100% satisfied.

I redid both sides tonight and achieved much better alignment. But man, those tips fit loose! I will look into if there is such a thing as stainless muffler shims.

Did you by chance have the SLP LM2 on there with the stock resonator in place? If so, what sort of volume increase would you say it is over stock?

I don't have my own clips of it (not that you can gauge the volume on a clip anyway) -- I have my stock resonator in place, and would say it's more like turning up the bass than the overall volume -- until you get over about 4000-4500rpm. The reason I responded to this thread is that I'd purchased the FRPP x-pipe with the intention of doing that with the stock mufflers, but then elected to do the SLP axleback's -- and I've really been happy with it.

I'm still not sure about putting the x-pipe on -- I've been considering replacing the stock resonator with a Borla resonator -- lighter and less restrictive, but a resonator nonetheless...
