well done mate, killer looking kit :headbang: coming from a perspective of guys doing the same (we are doing a kit for the Australian S550's) there is alot of effort that goes into it. we have just done log style manifolds, to do equal length headers is a huge task and extremely time consuming. great job :hail:

Top quality/designed kits cost money to build. I had a custom kit made for my previous SRT8 and it came up to $25K Out the door. Just for the kit, fuel system, tune and installation on stock engine.

You will never have anything built at this quality level here in the US for less than this. The headers alone are hell to make and require tons of experience and time to make.

Gotta pay to play man the price is not bad.
I don't know about all that....JPC ($6,799) and CPR ($7,299) will get you into the 8s with an off the shelf 11-14 kit.

This kit looks nice, i like the high mount air intake.

That was in 2012. That car was sold in one week after I got it back from the shop. Then it was resold to an attorney two weeks later. [Long story].

The point of that post was, once I put the kit on, it gained a lot of attraction and I made a good profit and so as the guy who bought it from me.

I never traced the car once it was resold to the attorney.

Can't be to much profit with a turbo kit costing more then the car.

Not these posts specifically but why does it seem like you two guys are actually either working for or the same person as whoever is posting under the OP's username. Some of these back to back posts are a tad too convenient.

Thats untrue. We have another system that is tig welded and 1500 cheaper and comes std with 6266s. All made here in the US. Youre spreading some misinformation there. The only thing unknown on that kit is if its equal length since no whole manifold pictures have been shown.

Also sean, im quiet curious why you stopped playing with evos to get a mustang or to buy a gtr for that matter. Not talking shit, just curious. Not that you dont already known it but the 4g63 is amazing. Did you get bored with them?

Just like so many people praise some great features of Whipple, that doesn't make them the same.

I have been doing this for a long time and I know what I am looking at!

I don't make this kit I am merely a purchaser and if I am going to spend the money might as well get the product that's done right based on what I have seen with my testing over the years.

I have had tons of different cars over the years, bought a new GTR in 2009. Cars come cars go........... I love the new mustang and see a lot of potential there based on what others have done.

Mustang and GTR are not in the same class, mustang is very affordable and has good potential for its price point.

I can't wait to get the kit in and to start testing, excited!

Material cost the same if it's a turbo kit for a lambo or a civic. Some company's love to put crazy prices on them. I can build this same kit for around 6k or less.

Oil pump system, lines, tubing, cost and time to manufacture the headers.................bellows.........

I know the evos aren't in the same league as the coyotes. Not even close, i was just curious what brought a big import guy to this side or to other imports. :headbang:

Man I have never even heard of that company, too bad I already paid for this kit and cant wait for it to arrive next week!!!!!!

I had an evo went 9.1@160 with it in 2009 and started working on the GTR platform, which I still do.

I just like my cheap mustang!

you can pick up both those turbos for about 3g. Tial stuff can be bought for about 700. Just have to shop smart. Your prices arent inaccurate but not 100% what people will pay if they are smart. He isnt wrong for someone with the skills it can be mae for cheaper. Most people dont have those skills so...they have to pay.

The owner was the fabrication guy at Hennessy. He left when things went crooked iirc. This is definitely a a high quality kit blackbird has madr.. This is the third tt on the market. Well the only three quality kits. Blackbirds, Boostworks and Speedbydesigns. Im sure youve heard of the latter since you own a Gtr
Did you buy blackbirds exhaust too? Its piqued my interest .
