Does anyone know what the statement "Thickness includes the individual plates of a vented rotor, as well as the overall dimension." in Section 14.6.A means or the intent?
I can't find any drama or much discussion on various forums about that statement in regards to 2-piece brake rotors used in ST. Only that the diameter and outside width of the rotor face being the same or larger than stock.
The vented space between the faces of the rotors available for the GT PP is larger from what I can tell in looking at pics online. So the thickness of each rotor face would be slimmer even though the outside dimension could be the same as stock. Just want to be sure if a rotor like that would be ok or not.
