Outstanding Field Service Actions ??

My R was built 4/04/16 and seems to be stuck in Flatrock.
Status according to FP is awaiting shipment.
On the Ford etis sight it now states "Outstanding Field Service Actions".
Previously it did not state this. Does anyone know what this means.
I know I'm grasping at straws but just trying to figure out why the delay in shipping.

I bet mine has/had a similar status. I have also worked hard to figure out the perpetual delays and have pondered many possible scenarios.

It would mean that some sort of repair/replacement is necessary. Maybe the vehicle didn't pass rolls or needed a part replaced due to defect in quality check.

UPDATE Just got off the phone with FP. It was loaded on a rail car yesterday at noon!!!! ETA 18th through the 22nd !!!!!!!!!!! :cheers: :clap2:
