Installed the GT350 Start Button using the Bill Tumas method, except I didn't disconnect the battery. Literally took 60 seconds. Really happy with the race car feel now.
When i watched the ford install video I was like why the hell dont they just pry the button off from the front?! Looks like I wasn't the only one thinking that :headbonk:

I just want to point out that this thread is TROUBLE! LOL

I bought this car at the end of January, and I've already thrown a ton of mods at it, thanks to seeing all the various options displayed by members in this thread!! :headbang:

I'm going to assume that you are retired
You are correct (retired at 50y/o), one of the two neighbors I have probably think I am nuts for the taking the car out everyday but I don't car, I am retired, live 3 miles from the beach, gas is cheap and have a shiny new red mustang, wouldn't you do the same thing, lol?

Terry :D

Definitely. At my previous home, my neighbor (retired) picked up a c6 vette and would drive it around all over the place. He just enjoyed the car and cruising around running random errands or picking up coffee/food

Did the same. Ended up destroying my original start button though. Not that it matters though. :D

Same here. I was like, no way am I taking apart the entire dash for a red button.

I didn't destroy mine, or even mare it up, but I wasn't really concerned if I did. Not something I'm going to switch out again lol.

Those are sweeeeet! Did you send them in to JLT or have them done by someone else? I'm asking because I'm thinking of sending in my coil covers and manifold cover to JLT so I can have them painted DIB with Ingot Silver stripes/letters.
