Mine does sit kind of weird. Reversing it looks like it fits better.

Do you have the driver side? That's easy to install also.

Yea I have it on. Pretty simple installs. The drivers side required some cutting of that thermal shield but I decided not to cut it and have it bolted down on the intake and the push pin under the strut bar. Sits fine.

I used a longer push pin and wonder why ford performance didn't include the longer push pin because I didn't want to cut the shield

Call me an idiot, but on the passenger side one again, how do you move the big vertical electrical bundle out of the way so you can even get the separator to where it's supposed to attach?

I didn't have to move the large harness. Mine fit good without touching it.

Good to hear, did you install one or two cans?
Just the one so far. My vendor didn't have the -A50S on hand yet so I need to just order it from somebody.

It was definitely a needed mod. The stock hose is coated inside with oil.

The driver said is easy to install. When you get one "DO NOT" cut the insulation mat. I didn't use the included push pin, I used one that's about 1/4" longer. Their are 3 mounting points, one that uses the CAI mounting stud, one beneath the strut tower brace on the tower itself and another on the strut tower that needs the longer push pin I mentioned.

Where does one get the longer push pin?

I know the GT350 driver's side can is not designed for the regular GT, but I'm curious if anyone has tried?

I've got my passenger side on order and would like an OEM solution for the driver's side.

Thanks Wayne,

I may take a chance and see if I can make it work. I'm still waiting on the FRPP performance pack, so I'm going to wait and see if that ends up including a CAI.

Would hate to spend the time hooking it up, just to have to do it again if the intake changes.

Appreciate the link/help.

Chuck
