What is that made out of? Looks like some waffle material?

Also you should check out the quick video that AJ Hartman made about the trailing edge of the splitter and how it should be shaped. Adding that weather stripping/trim is having adverse effects on its effectiveness.

I saw that. Mine is Alumalite.
I'm buying epoxy today. To fill the first 3 rows of the corrugate so i can shape better the edge
Although i might loose some effectiveness with the trim edge but it is for sure working better than before (zl1 addons is too high from the ground )

This is what I came to say. You should be able to stand on your splitter without much deflection. There can be a up to couple hundred pounds of load on it at speed.

But 3"
The borla tips are 3 1/2 inside but thr have a rolled lip. So i will need to be creative

For tge zl1 lip you will need 4 rods then my son is 65lbs. Couldn't hold me.
But at 5" from the ground now sure it will produce more than 80-100 lbs.
