Hi, my left rear indicator/ flasher and door repeater have stopped working, although front and other electrics fine, any ideas as to what I should do/ check please?

Some models, especially the earlier ones, had problems with wires breaking in the wire bundle from the body to the trunk lid. That's where I'd start looking.

Trunk harness issues:
The bad harness is usually located on the right side (passenger side) on the S550's. It's a very common issue with the 2015-2017's.
