I run 245/45/19 Michelin X-Ice 3s on 19x9” Ecoboost performance pack wheels. Driven three winters in Edmonton, AB with very little issue. You won’t be keeping up with AWD SUV’s off the hop but it manages well in snow and holds up fairly well on ice. Be careful of braking on ice or slippery roads because even with brembos and good winter tires, the weight of this beast can put you into a slide. I gear down to 3rd and then 2nd to use engine braking before I apply the brakes.

But which 18's fit over the pp1 brakes, I thought the 19 was basically a must.
Enkei PF01 18x9 with a 7mm spacer barely fits and it’s designed for brake clearance.

It’s unlikely a tire shop gets the weights in the allowable locations the first time they try.

I have cheap 19x? American Muscle wheels with 245 45 r19 snow tires and go skiing every weekend. I event went from Boston to Mt. Tremblant last winter and enjoyed it thoroughly. Even the drive home in a storm.
