Has anybody bought one of those wind deflectors for their convertible? If yes, do they work? Is it worth the money? My wife hates convertible hair. Lol I've seen them from 250-500 bucks.

Yes they work. Good with the windows down. Much better with the windows up. Love the Drive is a top choice. Had one on my '18 GT for 4 years before changing out to a M1. Damn why didn't ford make a convertible M1??

Worth every penny. Get the Audi one if you can because all the aftermarket ones made in far eastern Europe are trash in comparison....the fabric bleaches out in one summer, parts fall off and strip out.....worth $50 sell for 300.

If you can swing it the German Ford one is best.

Because the M1 is track oriented and the chassis on a vert is not as strong.

Piss poor excuses. Ford could have done it. Think about the old school Shelby convertibles. And most M1's will never see a track. These are fun cars to enjoy with your family and friends for a large percentage of buyers. Plus companies like Steeda have solutions to make your vert handle with the best of them. I know this first hand.

Pricey but worth it. If I lost mine tomorrow, I’d have a new one ordered by tomorrow night.

Have a Love the Drive. We drive top down year round, many times through the winter just above freezing with the screen and windows up. Perfectly comfortable. My wife’s ears are sensitive to pressure changes so any highway travel is screen up and windows up.

I always have screen up and windows up for stereo sound quality mainly, and comfort. When windows down sound quality drops significantly.

I'm the opposite, top down windows down. I rarely put the windows upiwwh eth top down. That's why I wanted to know if these deflectors worked.

Forgot to mention I have either the AC or heat on. In the city if gets too hot I put the deflector down.

"Love the Drive" deflector here, on the current vert and the previous one as well. They have held up to many years of use, and I have the top down at every opportunity.

It substantially reduces turbulence in the cabin and makes it possible to converse without shouting.

I keep it on the car year-round, for the very occasional lucky winter day. Not cheap, but (to me at least) worth every red cent.

It works well, although when driving along I do not have it up , I’m windows down top down person, but when the wife gets in its window up and screen up. Still enjoyable . I tried the hat approach did not go too well ….
