Something like this.

truck like this? The original photo looks like a regular 3/4 ton truck with aftermarket iron bumper, and in this case aftermarket hitch mounted toolbox. Mounted on the front.

In any case, I am positive that was a-hole behavior. Guys probably filed out of that truck with a high-five for the "great" parking job. If they had tapped your bumper and messed up the paint, my bets are on they would quickly depart for a new parking spot, not leaving an apology note / contact information.

Wow, that is all it takes?

People with big trucks tend to piss me off almost as much as those with Prius's. Last night at Hobby Lobby. I don't park near the front anywhere, but it's besides the point. One truck taking 4 spots and the other 2, and the third truck no one would be able to park next to.

I wish I had taken a pic of the entire truck. It was huge. This picture I found online to replicate the size, whether it was 3/4 ton, 1 ton, etc.

3/4 ton truck. Not this?

in any case, I like to bicycle sometimes, and I find while a majority of people are polite, there is small, but predictable percentage of people that are a-holes.

Exactly. But then when you're in the farthest spot in the lot and someone parks right next to you.....nearly as infuriating. Still better chances than parking with the mindless animals up front. I still have no dings on my car, I don't know how I'll handle it if/when it happens.
Jinxed myself. I have my first ding. Haven't parked next to anyone in days, only my 2 mile commute to work at a local government facility. Passenger door, just left of the door handle. Already contacted PDR guy. FML.

Nope. Bigger than that.

the parking is a little dubious, but the bigger question is why on earth are the owners of these trucks at Hobby Lobby on a Saturday night?
