How about maintenance with the TT's too. I think one of the turbo guys said the turbos had to be removed just to change the belt. That sounds like a big PITA, especially if the heat from the turbos causes the belt to need more frequent changing. Nobody has had a turbo system on a 2015 long enough to even know the full effects of the turbo and piping heat on the surrounding materials. Not meaning to bash the turbo kits, I know they are ultimately more efficient and do make awesome torque numbers. I just wanted to see peoples thoughts and hear experience with these points. I come from the import scene originally (before my 01 vortech GT and current 15 GT), and have lots of experience modding and tuning import turbo cars. One of the most common issues with turbo installs on cars that were not originally designed around having them are fitment, proper spacing/heat shielding from other important components, and longer term effects that you do not experience right away. I just don't see those concerns with the PD cars and little with the Centri cars either (belt issues aside).

Reasons people go supercharger compared to turbocharger

Price: I know the turbo guys will argue the exhaust thing and price for headers, but if you don't need headers right away to get good power from a supercharger. So for them to keep saying that, it's just not comparable. It's not the supercharger manufacture's fault you have to come up with an exhaust design to make your system work and cost more money.
Tuning: Turbo companies tune and do great work. However, there is still a grey area on installs and tunes at local levels in most areas. Some areas have very limited local tuning options.
Installation: Turbo install is a more complex and longer process.

So recap. Supercharger is cheaper, easier to tune, and easier to install. Great for all street and regular joe mustang guy. If you want ultimate power levels and don't mind spending more money on everything, than Turbocharging is for you.

I'm not a vendor or anything, just a fellow mustang enthusiast answering the thread. I've owned and played with mustangs since 1999. I'm not a mechanic or anything like that but I have worked on my own cars and enjoy the hobby.
I hope to see a solid single kit offered for the 2015.
JPC and CPR have real nice kits out for 11-14 cars.

CPR - $7,299
JPC - $6,799.99

Everyone has their reasons, but for me, if I have turbos, I want them right at the exhaust ports on the side of the engine, not up front. A 90 degree V8 often makes it difficult to put the turbos here as far as space and oil returns.

For me it is 100% about the packaging... I dont like the packaging of turbos on these cars for the scenario of a daily driver.
