While I take a poop break, a few updates!

While I am doing this by myself, I found the IMRC connectors weren't bad at all. Just have to gently pull and twist the IM, like so:

Then you have all this room to get the plugs!

IM off in under 30 minutes:

And here she is. Knocked out the spark plugs before my quick break:

And I still have over 90% of the skin on my hands left! Haha. Alright, back to work.

Do you have to modify the knock sensors at all? On the KB install you have to cut the harness back a little, spin the sensors towards each head and tape the harness down to the block and exit out the passenger side. The discharge manifold is gigantic, and needs all the room it can get

Update: almost done. Wife is making me quit for the night.

Just need to put in the throttle body, top off of fluids, and flash her. Here's some pics.

Now, my issues:

Does anyone know what's supposed to go here? Couldn't find anything in all the parts bags to fit. I know it's the Evap solenoid and it connects to the front of the SC.

And which one of these pigtails goes to the TB? They look the same, but have different P/Ns.

Well, most skin is intact. My hands are swollen from bustin knuckles haha.

You should have a a fitting that screws into the EVAP soleniod, it should be silver in color and has an o ring on the threaded end.

The 2 harnesses you have relate to either the MAF or the throttle body and if you read close the instructions state which harness by part number is MAF or Throttle body. I had the same problem with it your did, look again.

Ok, I'll check again. My instructions are revision A1R8, I think. Different from yours with most of your changes incorporated.

That hole doesn't have threads in it, that's why I was having issues. Might have to get a tap for it. I do have the AN6 fitting left over. I figured that's what went there, but it wouldn't thread, obviously

That is odd for sure, not sure why it wouldn't have threads. Maybe it's on wrong, I don't know.

Are talking about the slot MAF to fit in the plastic pipe? If so mine fit no problem. Why is yours not fitting, are you saying it doesn't slip into the rectangular slot?

The screw holes are the right distance, but the slot was offset a bit and it ended up being a bit cockeyed. I'll dremel it a little tomorrow to allow it to sit flush
