Wait what? What ground do you add?
Step 119 and 120. Step 120 talks about making the bolt hand tight but never goes back to it in the instructions to tighten it (although I'm looking through the whole instruction book again right now). I remembered this during my install and tightened it. I honestly have no idea if that will help your problem. I'm trying to think of anything.

Okay, pin 87 should be open (disconnected) to ground when engine stopped and closed (connected) to ground when engine running.
Whatever is supposed to be pulling 87 to ground when engine is running is not working. Check wire connectivity from relay to plug.

No giving up! Disconnect everything that harness connects to and start again. I don't have fans so I have no advice on that part.

Yea this pin is not grounding.. Everything else seems to check out. It seems like there is an issue in the whipple wire harness to me. I dont know where else to look.

I mean what else could it be? My grounds are good. The imrc is doing what its suppose to. Tried a different relay.. The only thing left is the wiring.

But you said it works when you jump the relay, right? Wire harness works if that's the case. Your tune installed ok as well?

Check the wiring continuity.
