Step 119 and 120. Step 120 talks about making the bolt hand tight but never goes back to it in the instructions to tighten it (although I'm looking through the whole instruction book again right now). I remembered this during my install and tightened it. I honestly have no idea if that will help your problem. I'm trying to think of anything.Wait what? What ground do you add?

Whatever is supposed to be pulling 87 to ground when engine is running is not working. Check wire connectivity from relay to plug.
Check the wiring continuity.I mean what else could it be? My grounds are good. The imrc is doing what its suppose to. Tried a different relay.. The only thing left is the wiring.
