I had this same problem initially, the fans nor pump would run, so I called whipple and they told me to try the other connection. Did that and still nothing so I put it back on the first connection and come to find out I didn't press the two connections together hard enough, it finally snapped together tight and worked like a champion. Just something else to try.

Will the pump and fans run with just the ignition on or does the engine need to be running?

They won't come on till the PCM sees 200 RPM.

As mentioned make sure not only the connector "clicks" in place with a good squeeze but the pins inside the connector are lined up and engaging eachother.

As far as power make sure the relay is getting power from the fuse box as the connection behind the blower is just a signal wire to trip the relay on and off.

[FONT=&quot]Check the relay socket with a test light, pin 30 should have 12v all the time.

Check the relay socket, the 2 green wires from the IMRC connector in pins 85 & 86, one will have 12v with ignition on, the other will have ground when the engine is running and be open, no ground when engine is off. Pin 87 feeds power to the inter cooler pump and triggers the dual fan relay

1. Ok maybe check the plug connector to the IC pump mine was hard to seat and needed a lot of pressure.

2. Move up to the red power wire check with test light or volt meter to see if it's getting power when motor is running

3. Check the fuse in the harnes make sure it's seated.

4. Check the ground on the shock tower again make sure it's making contact.

5. Check the power wire going to the fuse block make sure it's connected and tight.

6. you could also test the relay maybe it's not switching power to the pump and fan.
