You want your IC fan's on all the time when running. The goal is to be as cold as ambient temp. Your engine fan doesn't come on until 160-170deg F.
In the install manual I got off of Lethals site, Page 52 step 176. I do not see this wire in my fuse box. The 15amp fuse is still in the 44 position. Was this revised recently? I don't even know if there was a fuse tap, I had a shop install the kit.

I've got a new intercooler pump that flows more as well, hope to have it ready to ship next week. It's a 100% direct replacement and doubles the IC flow capacity.
Is this new high flow pump shipping out with the new kits or is it an extra cost?

I want one, too...I just don't want to do the work to put it in.

You could try an extra gauge. Ngauge, SCT, HP Tuners all can log but IAT2 isn't currently supported on any of those to my knowledge. You can add an extra analog sensor and tie into one of those systems.
My nGauge shows IAT2 and it's usually about 30-40 higher than the IAT1. So is it actually reading the correct IAT2?

Are you on the Whipple tune?
Yes he is on the Whipple tune, he had then N gauge previously and uses with the Whipple tune just for data display logging and diagnostics. What he is not sure of is if the AIT2 sensor being displayed is accurate. Whipple says AIT2 is not supported for display with N guage, but there seems to be a question there.

Correct. The ngauge is used for monitoring and data logging and like I said my IAT2 shows a reading, constantly fluctuating along with my IAT1, so idk if it's actually working or not. Looking for confirmation on that.

Our calibration and kit uses the stock MAF air temp sensor/channel for IAT1 and we use IAT2 via the GT500 style temp sensor, wired to the IMRC connector with a resistor, our software then reads this resistance to give IAT2. Therefore we use IAT2 for multiple things. IAT1 vs IAT2 differential, along with just IAT2. There are many factors that help increase/decrease power depending on varying conditions.

Standard aftermarket tools pull the IAT1 reading and make it an IAT2 so there is no temp differential, but they get to use the IAT2 for multiple compensations. It works very well this way as well and allows one to push the power level closer to the edge during ideal conditions.

With our cal, the IAT in the dash is IAT1 (MAF), IAT2 is a special PID address.

With an aftermarket tune and the sensor relocation, the dash will show post intercooler temps.

Above are the reposes from Dustin@whipple on the N gauge and IAT2 readings. Doesn't seems it's supported to show correct temps unless it's programmed in the calibration.

It's programmed in the pid list but because the car doesn't come with a iat2 I have yet to find it on aftermarket logging tools. It is certainly possible that someone has or could add it to the pid list.

Can Anyone Confirm this with recent installations? My fans are not turning on with the car.

I thought I remember hearing this was a misprint related to this, but I can't remember the details...sorry.
