What pulley and PSI are you guys running?

I have the 3.25 on MS109 and am only showing 12.5-13 lbs of boost.
I have Dustin and Will from Whipple checking my data logs to see what it might be doing.

Im just curious if anyone is running into the same problems.

I have the 72lb injectors, BAP, and current cal. I went to a 105.5 belt and made sure there is no belt slip on the 6 rib set up. Still havent done longtubes yet either.

3.625" @ ~11.6psi last time I glanced at dash gauges during a pull in third gear. Might get higher or lower but it sounds like you have a leak some where.

Amarillo is at 3,600 feet, figure .5 less boost per 1000 feet, so a 3.25 should be around 13.5lbs at your elevation assuming no belt slip, and I would be surprised if you had no slip on a 6 rib and 3.25.

The belt is not slipping at all. When we had the 3.625 pulley we were making 12 lbs of boost on the 58lb injectors. When we switched injectors and new cal the same pulley was only making 10 lbs of boost. Also verified that everything was set right on the flight control.

With catless headers and 3.625 pulley I see around 12psi depending on the temps. When it was cooler "around 60" my boost would get up to 12.9psi around 7800rpms. I can post logs if anyone wants to see, I can record psi on my ngauge now.

Look to see if throttle is opening all the way with some logs.
Make sure the bypass is closing 100%
How do you know the belt isn't slipping?
What Throttle Body?

We have the Whipple T/B. We marked the belt in two locations on the blower pulley and crank pulley. After a pull we checked the locations and they damn near were at the exact same spot.

Just to clarify I do have Dustin and Will working on this for me. I was curious if anyone with the same set up ever experienced this.
