Original post says this was done on the "standard 3.75" pulley.

Can you confirm which pulley was used on this pull and which pulley is used in the stage 2 kit?

Many folks very excited about this kit!

thanks!
Stage 1 = 3.875"
Stage 2 = 3.75"

just out of curiosity did yall replace OPG/CS or forsee it as an issue?
We did not. For street use, we feel stock is fine. For street/strip or track, they should be upgraded.

That is what I am guessing but things are a little misleading when the part number has STG2 in it...
Difference in Stage 1 vs Stage 2:

Stage 2 comes with the 132mm TB vs stock TB.
7800rpm limit vs 7500rpm limit.
1psi less boost via .125" larger pulley. 3.875" vs 3.75".
Upgraded fuel pump.

Can we still purchase the warranty if we have a stage 1 with the upgraded throttle body only? Mine will be installed by my Ford dealer before delivery. Warranty is important to me. Also updated warranty yet?

Stage 1 has stock throttle body. The cal is built for this.

Stage 2 has 132mm throttle body. The cal is built for this along with all we've added.

You can't run a 132mm with a cal built for stage 1. If your running stage 1, if you want to upgrade TB, you are going to stage 2. Same as it is right now with 15-17 model year.

Fuel pump will not keep up with bigger throttle or smaller pulleys, one would need a upgraded pump or BAP to keep flow up. That's why the kits are broken up as they are.

As of now, Stage 1 is warrantable, working on stage 2. I've been working moving stage 2 to stage 3, then coming up with what your asking for as stage 2 but it requires a different cal so I'm working on price vs demand etc.

Thanks so much for the update
So what are final numbers for the stage 1 kit on 93(or 91 since stage 2 numbers above are 91)?
I can extrapolate and say 1psi less/.125 bigger pulley ~30 hp but that does take into account the bigger throttle body and I am sure more aggressive cal on he stage 2 .

So , I am going to guess 50 whp less or about 650 rwhp .
Not bad but I am sure I will eventually want more . I hope there is an option to upgrade to the stage 2 from 1(if it keeps the warranty)or I may end up with a Lund tune /E85 and headers ....then fuel system .......here I go again.Hopefully the 18 block/internals hold up to 800 rwhp which i feel is the sweet spot before the car becomes "race car"

Yes 650rwhp on 91 from the stage 1 so roughly 70HP less.

Everything is upgradable from us, G5 and triple intercoolers have massive potential, injectors have plenty of room. For E85, one could easily run our Gt500 Bosch injectors and have incredible power, starting, etc.

I feel 850-900 will be the new sweet spot on E85 and this block is better than last.

Our first goal is to get the kits in customers hands, then we’re coming up with more packages and upgrades, along with some killer new modes with the flash tool. Just scratching the surface right now.

Thanks ...can't wait to get mine and will definitely want to stick with the whipple cal if there at goiing be upgrades with the new flash tool .

You think there will even be a whipple tune for E85 with a he necessary upgrades ?

Also Just to confirm as I was a little confused earlier , does the stage 2(or soon to be 3))come with a smaller pulley ?
