Where are the Shelbys?

So, I am currently on a cross country drive from Seattle to New York to pick up my Shelby (also stopping for business along the way). I made it all the way to Davenport, Iowa and have only seen 1 so far!! A white with blue stripes Des Moines. Kept an eye out and that the only one. Perfect weather so far. Come on guys get those rides out.

I don't think I've ever seen 1 on the road around me.. only at the dealers on the showroom floor with crazy ADM's!

It's very rare to actually spot one "in the wild" lol. Since they came out I've seen about 7-8 on public roads (not including members I've met from the forum) and one other in its natural habitat (at the track). I live in the DC Metro area so I've probably seen more than most considering its a large market.

I live in Los Angeles, and have only seen 2 ! With millions of cars on the streets & freeways, only 2.

Besides the 6 local guys I know who own one (2 are R's)... I have only seen like 4 total in the wild for the past 10 months down here in south FL. I'm excluding cars & coffee or car shows or the track but even so it's still only a few. I'm not a hermit neither... pretty active in the car scene down here so I'm talking about on the roads and highways. Hardly see them.

I think alot of them really stay tucked away and get driven sporadically. In fact even some dealers down here have mentioned that almost half of the buyers they get buy the car to tuck away and hardly drive it... oh well.

Right!! I'm not saying I expected see them like see Wranglers (I can swing a dead cat and hit 18 of those) just thought I'd have seen more than 1 on a 3000 mile trip. Haha

I've seen a Red w/blk, Blue w/white (this morning) and a yellow.

Live in a fairly small place and the dealership here sold a number of them.

Only have seen 2. Both in Evansville, IN. Race red with black stripes and Avalanche grey with black stripes. I've seen the former twice. Heading there myself tomorrow for an oil change.

I've only seen one other than mine, white with blue stripes in London Ontario.

But that's OK - it just makes mine that much more special!
