Wheel brush

I am looking to buy a wheel brush that works best for cleaning inside the spoke rims on the gt350. I have a Daytona speed brush I used on a previous mustang with perf pkg and noticed over time it was leaving superficial scratches on the black wheels. I have read about the wheel woolie but wanted to get something that would go under the rotors. Please advise?

I use two, EZ detail brush and EZ detail brush mini.... between both i am able to clean the wheels really well. As far as wheel cleaner, i use both the Sonax or Ironx.

A large wheel woolie or EZ detail brush for the inner barrels of the wheel and this mit for the spokes/outside of wheel is a great combo. You can also get a lug nut brush.

Have you noticed any swirl marks /superficial scratches on the wheels? I had the black perf pkg wheels on another mustang and fine scratches in the clear coat started appearing over time. The gt350 wheels seem to have less of a gloss on the finish.

This is supposed to be the best. It's the flat version which allows you to get between the caliper and rotor. I use the daytona brush to do the barrel and a woolie for the spokes and its a bit of a PITA (plus the daytona does mar the finish no matter how careful you are, especially on the gloss PP wheels).

I have literally stood back and said "well they have enough brake dust on them to look like matt black, maybe I'll leave it like that and people will think they are supposed to look like that"
