Is this tick just an inside joke? I've asked two other people.

Nope some people have it and some don't. Weird characteristic of the coyote. Some people think their car is going to explode because of it so yes its becoming a joke but its real. And so far seems harmless except for the annoyance.

Edelbrock sells a fancey water pump. I may buy that if mine goes out. Did it do any engine damage when yours broke? How'd you know it needed to be replaced?

I noticed my coolant level was going down over time. The next thing I noticed was a few drops under the car when parked. The water pump didn't implode. I caught it early when it was just leaking. It started leaking from the weep hole.

Just rolled over 105k. Runs like a top, and I'm enjoying every mile. In fact, I'll have my PBD E85 tune early next week. Making every mile that much more fun.

2015 GT, Now at 72k km (about 45k miles). Hasn't been to the shop for anything but an alignment last year.

Checking to see who has the most miles on the car. I'm curious how the motor and engine are running after all those miles. I think the most I have seen is a 2017 at 91k miles and did not seem to have many issues. Anyone else have more than that? What has the reliability been like?

2017 GT Premium 6R80 30,xxx kilometres (Canada).
BBQ tick and 2,000 RPM rattle started at around 22,000 K.
Used Cera-Tec at about 27,000K and haven't had any problems since.

GMB Racing Gee, I thought I was a bit slow on the milage I am at 10,436 and have another 100 miles on the break in on the Tremec conversion on my 2015 GT PP. I have a complete drivetrain, less motor, from the flywheel to the wheels (inclusive of FW, clutch, MT82 w/Barton, QA1 DS, 3.73 gears, halfshafts, wheel breaings, rotors, wheels). Also, all suspension, Only kept the front spindle and rear knuckles and calipers. The Tremec was a bit of a pricey deal having to change to another QA1. In short, I wanted a project and certainly achieved that No issues other than self induced with the upgrades. Wasn't planning on pressurizing, but.......

2015 GT Auto and about 47k miles and had filters changed, oil done myself every 5k miles, only thing was the engine valve cover leaking on the driver side which caused smoke issues (oil leaked onto the exhaust manifold) and dealer did the warranty job at about 31k miles. Other than that had no issues as i daily this car, about 50 miles a day.

Im at 47k, suspension and exhaust are my only mods, the electric steering motor failed at 30k and was covered by warranty but other than that its been wonderful I beat it like im its step dad and it still runs like a dream

Otherwise normal maintenance I drive it pretty hard, still running great

2019 PP1 GT. Purchased April 2019, sitting at 12k miles currently. Daily driven. Quarantine has been keeping the mileage down the past two months since I’ve been working from home.
