Check your trunk. You have to pull the carpet back on the passenger side.

There is one plastic push pin and a magnet.

Odds are so far it won't be there if you don't have those options.

Is there a particular number to call on such things? I usually find parts departments don't have a clue.

I still don't have a sub for mine but I think I should be good as the -CN sounds like it has a cutoff frequency applied to the speakers.

It looks as though the JR3Z-14A411-C wire assembly has been discontinued. I'm having a tough time sourcing one and it's the last piece of the puzzle I need to get this retrofit up and running.

Does anyone have a solid source for this part?

I had just ordered mine from the local parts department for about $9.

I was told by various parts suppliers online that it was discontinued. The local Ford dealership gave me the run around and suggested that it was discontinued. I'll try a couple of other dealerships as the local guys are useless.

I doubt any part on such a late production model would be discontinued.

As I posted in another thread the 2019 B&O cars are listing the same overall parts but that might just be an error?

In this case I assumed that 'discontinued' meant that the part was revised in some way for 2019 and would be receiving a slightly different part number designation. We're right back to the local parts guy being useless.

I ordered mine at Delray but I'm thinking of switching to the Lincoln dealer next door. They seem to have better prices and service. For you I think Lakeland would be good .

I called a couple more parts departments fairly local to me and each one was more rude and clueless than the last. I appreciate the suggestion of contacting Lakeland, but I got tired of the idiocy, broke down and just ordered from parts.ford.com. For the extra $10 or so I paid, at least they'll ship it to me and I won't have to deal with this any longer. These parts guys could really use some customer service training.

Now we'll see how long it takes to arrive...
