Daytona FL area is mostly 91/92, but I've found some spots with 93. Using that pretty much exclusively now.

I have a Steeda tune for 92 octane, but will probably bump it up now that I have options I didn't know about when I got it.

I used 91 for 3,000km and then switched to 87 and traveled 20,000km since then.

93 with Lund tune spring/summer 93 Lund tune with Lucas octane booster in the fall/winter due to data logs from multiple gas stations around these months proven shittier fuel quality around here. Usually see it till about this time then quality comes back up...And I stick to top tier gas stations primarily Shell 93

93 at all times. If I can't find that high of an octane for whatever reason, then 91.

I've put 87 in my DD Mustang GT since day 1.
Being able to run 87 was one of the reason why I bought the Mustang. Coming from several "premium only" cars, this was a welcomed change.
I don't see a reason to put 91/93 unless you have a specific tune for it or is running boost.
NC offers 87/89/93... if you are near Charlotte Speedway or other track/drag strip, you can find 100 Octane easily.

That's the one thing I found pretty crazy about the Coyote is allowing regular unleaded. I would think Premium would be a requirement on an engine like this. I'll probably still put Premium 93 in it regardless, but I definitely will have the car tuned for flex fuel so 93 will benefit more than a factory tune. It's still nice to be able to swap to regular unleaded when needed.

93 on my Ecoboost, although for a long trip coming up (10 hours of freeway) I may just use regular, since there is no point in the extra power there... I like that the car works well with either one.

Most premium cars will run on 87 too... the engine will adapt. In high altitudes it's almost necessary to run a lower octane.

I don't know why someone would buy a 400+ horsepower Mustang GT and not run 93... but I guess that's none of my business. :D
