I think factory is 6880 or something right? Lund raises the rpms to 7500 I think? I'm sure they know what they're doing, but is that safe? Or is it all in how they do the rest of the tune around it?

i thought indicated redline is 6750 but fuel cut off happens at 7k?

When they say safe, do they mean safe for the short or long term? I kinda want my Stang for many decades of possible.

It's more of a miles thing than time. If your mustang is only a weekend toy and it only see's 5k a year then for sure it will last you 20yr's+ pretty easy

I'm sure raising the RPM's to 7500 will reduce longevity a little bit, how much i dunno :shrug: ,I wouldn't think it would matter too much on the this motor with the upgrades it got this generation.

Get on a dyno to see if raising the limiter is even worth it. If your car isn't breathing above 7k then there's no point.
