Where's this? East coast here, nj is usually a little cheaper than surrounding states. Lowest reg I've seen is $2.60. 93 premium is well over $3

The Z06 will be faster than the GT500 and the GT500 won’t beat the ZL1 1LE around a road course.

But the GT500 will beat the ZL1 around a track and will be faster than the ZL1 AND the ZL1 1LE. Then there is the 1LE GT500 competitor - possibly the KR. Let's see how that turns out. I don't favor the Camaro.
