I've packed on a few pounds over the years but in general I still look like this.

Oh and I gave up the pipe about 20 years ago.

LOL, yeah that's really me. I did that as a joke for my buddy. I'm from NJ originally.
We have even more in common, I grew up in Camillus a suburb of Syracuse. Been in Florida since 95. Don't miss the snow at all!

For sure on the snow...would never go back north. Winter down here is awesome. Car stays clean for months.

bamboo bar and expanded rubber rings are not impressive.
I was looking for Japanese powerlifters and well, there aren't many. But at least I found this.

Ha, ha.
My hair started thinning about 28. Around 30 - 31, I gave up and just started shaving my head. I use a trimmer with no guard, so what still grows is like a 5 o'clock shadow. It was hard to accept at the time since I feel it was a little early for my age, but looking back today over a decade later, I don't miss having hair at all. It is still a little depressing that my ear and nose hair now grow faster and thicker than what's still growing on my head.

You post a lot on this site and seem like a cool guy. Hope you're not too broken up about the thinning. It happens to a lot of us.

Shaved head = less maintenance.

Plus, if the thinning up top bugs you too much, grow a giant beard like I did. Just shifts the maintenance from one side of the gourd to the other.

I have my mom's hair (thin, no body) and ever since I adopted the '#2' life has been good. I miss my ex-Navy barber. He'd be done in 3 minutes. 5 if he felt chatty.
