Track alignment and safety inspections for upcoming event. 2 deg camber in the front now and rear toe was off and reset to Ford recommendations for the track.

Drove it in the rain, in stop and go traffic. Found out that the GT350, just like the regular GT/EB will not stall out if you release the clutch slowly without giving it any gas. Made stop and go much easier, only having to use one foot.

while the dealer had my car, it got crashed into. the driver front fender, door, rocker, and hood were all damaged. working to find a solution and they dont seem to wanna be too helpful. dont want to put out too many details till it is resolved. had the car for 3 months and it had 500 miles

That sucks ... joy riding by someone at the dealership perhaps? Hope it gets worked out to your satisfaction.

Doesn't the wear out the clutch faster?

Nope. It doesnt ride/slip the clutch. It controls the gas while the clutch is released and/or it will control the gas to prevent stalling if you’re creeping along without touching the gas. It has no control over the clutch.

Sorry to hear that :brokenheart:. Kind of removes that magical first year of new car ownership. The dealer needs to understand this car is for enthusiasts and it's not just a car, it's an experience/lifestyle.

Not your problem!
It was their responsibility and on their property.
Looks like a new car in your future.
Don’t settle for anything less!
I wouldn’t.

their first gesture was to offer me their R at the cheap price of 5k over and act like that was a favor. they dont have any base 350s in stock. will keep you guys updated and probably start a new thread when it is resolved

If they show anything but wanting to work with you, get an Attorney. No way I'd settle for anything but a new car after that given the age and mileage of the car.

If it’s not totaled (meaning it’s repairable back to like new, or as it was condition), there’s not going to be a new car, nor are they obligated to provide that. Set that aside, move on, and establish what’s next. But daggum that sucks ass. Leaving mine unsupervised at a dealership makes my skin crawl. My support is with ya bro!
