Fuel hat float level arm assembly might be shorting out. If i couldn't find another issue I would just replace, pretty easy. Good luck

Tough for sure. For me I would removed and then reinstalled ALL fuel related system fuses?. Disconnect and reconnect ALL connectors to any box which a fuel related signal goes through. I would check all engine grounds, grounds related to any relay which is in the fuel system to include the fuel hat assembly connectors. Verify no wire Pins have backed out. Good luck and keep us posted.

Yea, when I get my next day off and use this tank of fuel, I’ll go through it all again, very slowly. It’s been frustrating and I’ve been doing a lot of searching on here and google… so we’ll see if anything pans out. I’ll definitely update if I ever figure it out.

Intermittent problems are the hardest to troubleshoot for sure.
