Found this online while trying to learn a couple things about w/m. Uses a maf sensor for signal I believe. It was also talked about at the beginning of this forum.

The Ecoboost Mustang doesn't have a MAF sensor. If you are looking for a good kit go with the AEM 1 gallon kit, it is very simple to use and works VERY well.

I think it adds a maf into their intake

Overpriced and unnecessary. AEM 1 gallon kit is $430.00 shipped and it works just fine and has a failsafe built in.

Also, 370hp/390tq and a 12.6? Weak...

What numbers are you looking at for a GT with the AEM?

The AEM Meth controller has a "boost safe" line that you run out to the boost control solenoid to ground it. Personally, I will be tying into the throttle body to close it when there is an error or low fluid.

With Cobb, you know because it's awesome, when you trigger the fault (error, low fluid, etc) simply hold cruise control cancel and go back to your pump gas tune until you fill your meth tank back up.

You will need a tune in order to run meth properly, running meth without proper tuning could be catastrophic.

I remember reading a few months ago AEM has an improved electric pump. More even flow of fluid and less pulsing than previous version and others on the market. I could be wrong but almost sure it was AEM.

With a proper tune and setup do you think it's safe for a daily driver with no track time. "Catastrophic" is scary lol

Of course it is, a lot of people run it who don't track their car. He is just trying to over emphasize the importance of needing a tune from a professional like himself because believe it or not some people will read this thread and go buy a kit and starting spraying and mess their shit up...

You are correct, they changed their pumps now it is linear.

I love meth, quick and easy way to allow for more fuel. I recommend every big turbo guy to go with a AEM meth kit.

How much boost are we currently at in the 5500+ range? :)
