Snice the meth adds to the fueling, What power does a e30 and meth produce? Or is that not really an option?

Snice the meth adds to the fueling, What power does a e30 and meth produce? Or is that not really an option?
There is no reason to run E30 with methanol injection. E30 is 96 octane roughly if mixed with 93. Depending on what mix you run in the meth tank you can reach over 110oct.

I know this is a stupid question, but what happens if your wot and something happens to the meth kit, a malfunction or you run dry. Or a injector sticks open. Is there fail safes for things of this sort?

I think he addressed that in the earlier post, from what I read he was developing his own kit for theses reasons.

Yeah he did, however i dont think it replied to wide open throtle situations, but if a error code gos off and the car gos into a limp mode. That is awsome. I just was not sure if thats the case. I dint know anything about meth injection. Just trying to get edjucated.

I was just thinking if meth makes your oct 110 and your at wot and all of a sudden the meth stops and your car is tuned for 110 and now your at 93, your car would lean and detonate, right? Thats what i was wondering. Or on the flip side your just crusing and a meth injector sticks flooding motor with to much oct what would happen then or could that even happen?

If the meth kit is on, and there is any error at all (eg; Low fluid, pump failure, controller failure, no boost) the controller in the kit will send out a ground to a relay system I have setup that will be tied into the factory engine harness. It will immediately cut boost and throttle input. You will have to turn the meth kit off (with the provided switch) in order to continue driving. You will also need to switch from your meth tune back to your 93/91 tune. On the Cobb Accessport you would just hold down cruise control cancel and hit set - to go to slot 1 tune which will be setup for your standard fuel if tuned by me. This can be done on the fly without stopping or turning off the car.

That is awsome thanks for replying,one more question.If you use 93 tune most of the time and only use the meth for drag racing,how often would you need to run the meth to keep the carbon off the valves,once a month maybe and also is this kit good to use on stock turbo or is it better used on bigger turbos ?

It would be good to run a tank of meth through the car a month for valve cleaning purposes. Personally if you want to daily drive with it, fill the tank up with windshield wiper fluid (~40% methanol). You will get benefits and it will be cost effective. You can turn on and off my system whenever you want which is awesome.

Nope, it will be mounted in the trunk with a CNC cut delrin bracket. Actually running lines and 4 wires to the trunk took me about 5 minutes no joke. Once you bolt in the pump and tank (brackets will be included in my kit) you will tilt the seats forward, remove the rear seat lower (push in clip and pull up 10 seconds), then pop off the trim that runs along side the drivers seat, tuck the wires through there and out to the back and you are done.

I would say running the wires and line is about a 10-15 minute job your first time. For me, now that I have done it, 5 minutes TOPS.

My kit was engineered/designed with NO MODIFICATION in mind. This means no cutting, drilling, removing of any factory pieces of the vehicle. You can easily hide the fact you have a meth kit in about 30 minutes.

Remove tank, remove pump, tuck wires and line under rear seat, remove nozzle holder, unplug relay.
