Question for the people just now seeing their tracking work. Did it ever work?

My car was ordered 5/28 and has never worked.

Just wondering because I would like for my tracking to work for obvious reasons and if some people are now having theirs work when it never did then there is hope for me and everyone else lol

It worked for me off my computer on 5/20, then stopped working the next day. It hasn't worked until just about 3 minutes ago on my computer. I could see it on my smartphone's web browser over the past few days.

Just checked the site. (10:50 PM) Order Number 0001, the assigned Vin, with a picture of my car and all the details.
Doesn't get any better than that.
Do you have a tentative production date showing?

Where are the Canadian orders?! Most likely after you Americans =]. Congrats to everyone on the VIN's, exciting news.

Has it been mentioned if this site works for Canadian orders as well? My car has not showed up yet, just get the red writing 'No matching vehicle...'.

All the sudden when I enter in my info it says "No Matching Vehicle Found" anyone else experiencing this issue?
Mine is on and off, I'm guessing its because they constantly are adding things into their database, updating our orders etc.

All you who have Vin's. Were your orders put in as Dealer orders or Customer? Mine was a customer order and just shows equip no vin yet.

Maybe this has been covered already, so forgive me for asking, but how can you tell from the order confirmation sheet whether you have a dealer order or a customer order? For order type, mine says X.

You can't, easily, unless the dealership truly follows the rules Ford has in place for priority codes, which they don't.

Order Type X = X-plan order.
Priority Code 10 - 19 = Custom Retail Order.
Priority Code 20 - 99 = Dealer Allotment Order.

However, most dealers don't follow those rules, it seems. I know for sure that mine is a dealer allotment order, but mine says Priority 10.

Ok, thanks. I did use x-plan, so that makes sense, and my priority code is 10. Safe to say mine was placed as a retail order. I'll talk to them on Monday to verify. Not that it will change anything ...

I thought I was getting something cool and special and then noticed that quite a few people on here mentioned getting the same thing. If it's a dealer stock order, you should get it earlier. When they get their shipment of cars for the lot, yours may be included.

Here's what my dealer said: "Retail Orders are priority over dealer stock units. Ford pulls the retails by date rec'd 1st and so on before a dealers stock unit. Anticipated delivery is October"

I am now seeing an error that the site is undergoing maintenance from 4 am to 10 am eastern time, check back later.
