Did mine today

I just did mine today, way easier than I thought. You don't have to completely remove the whole bumper.

If you go WOT say at 60mph in 3rd, do you think the car pulls harder?

When I did this kind of stuff to my M3, force feeding cold air directly into the intake, like a RAM AIR effect, the car definetely felt stronger above 4500rpm to the limiter at higher speeds above 60mph. :)

Since it would be 3d printed, you can leave the stair-step lines. That would be kind of an aerodynamic look in itself.

Plus you can add the flange at the base of the rudder, say 1/2 or 3/4" wide to apply mounting tape.

Charge by set of four.

I have not tried it yet. I currently have a JLT CAI so I don't think I'm going to have too much of a ram air effect. I did it mostly to smooth the transition out and for looks. I will report if I see any gains or lower IAT's.

I am currently doing this for the Focus ST.

This is a prototype for fitment test.

I have an open JLT CAI so I doubt I will get much of a ram air effect. I did it mostly for looks and possible lower IAT's. I did notice a tighter split in outside temps vs. IAT and that's worth it to me.
