I have a set of 15-17 rev2 big mouths, can you see the writing once you install and do honeycomb delete? Need to know because if so I am going to ask if they can sand the letters away
No you cannot. Or at least I can’t

prevents radiator backwash getting into your JLT snorkel. It'
interesting. I believe I am experiencing fan backwash. I have a my17 GT with the gt350 manifold and gt350 CAI, and a very open Steeda filter. When the fans come on it goes slightly lean and the closed loop has to compensate by richening the mixture a little. My tuner said this sounds like fan backwash. Are these the symptoms you had, that were resolved by fitting a BigMouth?

It is doing a damn good job guys!

My stereo says it’s 64* outside, and my weather app. But my intake is showing 63 on highway.

Suck up all that cold air, and bugs. I did order a 2nd filter so I have one to swap out periodically while other ones being washed/oiled

Edit... does it matter? I used to have 20-24 vacuum on my dash. Now it’s 0-7. It doesn’t go higher than that. Cruising on highway it’s no longer 20-24 it’s 0-7

Is that good or bad?

Maybe I’m thinking about idle vacuum, I do remember it being 10-14 while driving, the vacuum is half or more reduced. What does this mean in terms of engine health?

I would say that it would fit but since there is no fang youll see the entire perimeter of the BIG MOUTH.
Thanks for the reply. I dont mind seeing the perimeter of the Big Mouth, I would probably just get them in matt black so they disappear better. I'm more about the function than the look.
