Because Velgens are the wheels my Mustang deserves, but not the ones it needs right now. So I'll hunt them. Because they can take it. Because they're not our current wheels.

Worked harder than I ever have in life to get me where I could afford my dream car "Black Betty". I made a plan to get a 2015 50th GT and although it took almost 10 years, I GOT IT! As much as I would like to do upgrades they are expensive and right now the car loan and my mortgage are the priority. A free set of wheels for my daily would be more than I could ever ask for. Oh Betty just piped up and said she needs new shoes and you know how women like shoes! Did I mention I just got married May the Fourth and it would be a kick ass wedding gift!

Don't really believe I'm going to win but Ill take the opportunity to post a couple pics of the car and express my experience with the guys over at Velgen. I had the opportunity to meet you guys when my car was basically stock, you guys helped me pick out a set of VMB7s which I still use (been on the car for 3 years), they have held up incredibly well to the elements and daily use even when wife would drive it(LOL). You guys shot my car with the VMB7 and the Classic 5s and it was a great experience, all really chill down to earth car guys. Always answered my questions, helped with hub rings(since I swap between drag and daily wheels) when needed even paint bottle when wife managed to give one of the wheels a small scratch. As I get ready to something I haven't done before, run 9s with the car, it would be a great to be able to kick off the new chapter of the car's story with one of you guys' new wheels.

Project 9 Second Daily is coming out swinging with even more power than last year. Ready to make a big statement at the track and on the street with some low nine second passes! While I am focused on drag racing, as a daily driver I'm on the street 90% of the time. I'm excited about the possible opportunity to represent Velgen at all the cruise ins, meets and racing events.
