Don't think you need to do restore since they just made the change to your existing tune cause all I did was hit programTo go back to stock all we have to do is hit restore in Flare?
You have an auto, auto's are towards the end of the week.^ Don't forget me....
Yes restore puts it back to previous file, whether that's stock or whatever was there. If you don't have that option due to lost files or you sent the PCM in originally, you can typically flash over whats there, then you would have a backup of the previous cal but not stock.Don't think you need to do restore since they just made the change to your existing tune cause all I did was hit program
Gotcha I'll fix it in the morning then but the tune still feels awesome though!Yes restore puts it back to previous file, whether that's stock or whatever was there. To go back to stock after you have updated (if you didn't restore), you would have to restore with the current file and the previous file to back out the updates.
For simplicity, use the restore feature before updating therefore your stock file is always locked to your up to date calibration.
Wouldn't even give me the option to download unless I have the computer hooked up to the car. Then when I hooked the computer up to the car and tried to down load it would just give me 404 errors.Server was updated to a new priors list, should resolve any of the 404 errors some got.

Getting late though, I will play with it tomorrow.
If you connect to the vehicle turn on the ignition go to the download tab. Fill it all in then unplug the flare tool from the car and leave it connected to the pc. Take the pc and tool to where you have internet, once you are connected to the internet, click on download button and it will download the file and open it. I'll just say that I flash back to stock and reflashed the tune while at 11.6 volts and during all that it dropped to about 11.4Once the tune is downloaded via the voucher, how long does it take to restore the car back to stock and then reflash with the new updated tune? The reason I ask is that I don't have a battery charger and am fearful of going below the 12.6 volts in the process of loading the tune.
Were you guys able to get everything done in time without the need to hook up a battery charger?
