The voucher systems improves the turnaround time to get us the tune and I believe it streamlines the process for Whipple. From what I have read it took 24-48 hours to get a tune prior to the voucher system. Based on my experiences with the voucher system I received my voucher and downloaded my tune within hours of each request.

Got mine October 2016 and I'm told that's newest unless you need a correction for an issue.
