Rewrote whipple tune, stock tune gone?

If I already had a whipple tune and I reflashed it with same(fresh download from the download tab) Do I still have my stock tune?

or did the re flash erase my stock file.

lost my original flash drive with original tune+stock file

If you have the whipple flare tool you can not flash back to stock you need a tuner or a dealer to force the car back to stock where it can then be tuned and have the new tune uploaded over the stock one.
