If we know the previous file in there, we can add to the priors list and it will allow the override of the file in there.
Looks like Jeff got it sorted out for me. I just got it downloaded onto my computer, I will try it out in the car tomorrow. Thank again for the stellar customer service.

So I registered today returned to stock and keep getting the 404 error. Any help on this?

I followed these directions from another member and they worked perfect.

What you need to do is start the flare program on your laptop, then plug in the obd2 tool to the laptop, turn the car on (just accessory), plug the obd2 tool into the car, this will then allow you to download the new tune.* Open your current whipple calibration through flare, hit restore. This will return the car back to stock and takes about 7 or 8 minutes. You then cycle the car off for 5 seconds, cycle it back on (just accessory), use flare program to open new file (this time the new downloaded tune), and hit program. This will take another 7 to 8 minutes. Afterwards, cycle the car off for 5 seconds, then back on. You may have to use the clear DTC function in the flare program. Voila!

Make sure you do a crank re-learn when you finish. Also each step will show status complete. That is when you cycle off 5 seconds then on, you don't do anything with the flare it will stay on.

Ran with the new updated CAL today. Very Happy. Data log showed 1st to 2nd gear shift raised to from 6300ish RPM to 7200. Ran consist 10.60's at 134. Previous best was 10.84@132.
THANKS Jeff@Whipple for helping me on the spot with the new download.

Hmm, looks like I need to get my SC serial number and email for the voucher number. I assume this is for what I feel the hesitation is with a manual around 2,800 or so RPM?

That's awesome man! Congrats on the run. When I get back from my trip I'm on, I'm gonna start my E85 datalogging.

Once you have a voucher, is it good for all future updates?

Then I am not sure how this system is better, if you still have to email them, then they email you a voucher and then you have to download it.

It's just an update to help with certain problems. Its not something you have to do all the time. It's better than than emailing a tuner and paying money every time you make a change or add something to your car. I've changed pulleys and exhaust and no issues and no retune required.
