Anyone know if pulling the 20 amp fuse #47 differential pump, will throw a code or go into limp mode ? My thinking is by doing this I can slow down my leak until the parts come in.

Maybe you should ask this in the GT500 forum. The diff cooler tech is only used on that car (and now on the Mach1 obviously).
I doubt the pump runs continuously though. Likely controlled by the diff temperature sensor via the some module. It may not pump anything until it hits a certain temp.
