looking to be able to max out the turbos so around 1500 at the wheels
You want a full skirt 2618 piston. That’s a lot of cylinder pressure so the more you can stabilize the piston the better. The brand doesn’t really matter that much to me. As long as it’s a reputable company there all comparable.

must remove the oil squirters for those pistons...
Is that any kind of deterrent?

On a street/drag build, nope. On a road course car, maybe, but these aren't the pistons for that.
So does a full skirt piston always need the squirters removed? What about if you are building a road course car what would be a better fit?

I like the mmr pistons full skirt and thick ring lands they are made by Manley. I like the diamond pistons gas ports, the top down dimensions, and they are top quality

I was looking at these from mmr but it looks like I would need to upgrade the pins
on the mod 2k I think they come with h13 pins and I could get them coated or anodized is there any advantage to the coating vs the anodized

The benefits of coated pistons is minimal. It’s like a 1% horsepower gain. On a boosted engine coating the pistons will increase the chance of detonation. I would not spend the time/money to coat the pistons they will hold up just fine as is.
Don’t worry about piston squirters ether. Those pistons don’t need them and will do more harm than good.
