So I just installed the Whiteline trans bushing insert, in the MT-82, over the weekend and am now noticing a noticable vibration between 1,250-2k RPM and 2,500-3250RPM (both in and out of gear). Is this normal?

Yep that is normal. Even if you drill a hole you will still have the vibration. I gave mine out for free. Piece of shit that doesn't do a damn thing.

I agree. I installed the Steeda unit which is really soft and flexible just for the heck of it. I could not believe what a negative effect it caused. Nothing against Steeda because I have something else from them which worked great.

Nothing ventured, nothing gained.

I just had the Steeda insert done -- along with a bunch of stuff -- notice noise from 50-70 mph -- in gear or out -- could this be related somehow?

Mine arrived today, was wondering if I would feel a good bit of difference or not. I'm going to give it a try still and see how I like it, the main thing will be where its supposed to help the most is the track but it will be a while before I get out again.

Not sure what nvh you guys are referring too. As mine was minimum vibration if any. No noise from it at all, didn't drill a hole out either.

In my case, it may be due to my one-piece driveshaft: with nothing in the center of the shaft, there's a "tuning fork" effect -- then when you also add the insert, there's nothing in the last bit to dampen anything -- I'm going to yank mine out, and see if it makes a difference. I may also try to modify it to get some kind of happy medium if that's my trouble -- drill lots of holes in it or something.

Good news for anyone experiencing this issue. Today I change the manual transmission fluid in the car with Synchro shift 2 from BG. Not only is the vibration gone now but the transmission shifts and feels so much better. Shifts are smooth in gear and vibration or noise has pretty much disappeared.

I'm working on editing the video for the transmission fluid change, but it is super simple and took me maybe an hour to finish. I would highly recommend doing this to any manual trans Mustang with the MT82
