Those would be stock. No one buys them to replace worn ones. Should be no tramlining with them unless they are at 5/32 or less. Pressure?Pirelli P Zero Nero 255/40 ZR 19 96W M+S I think these are the stock ones??

They are about 4/32 to 5/32 currently. Agreed, I'm not happy at all with these stock tires, they could give them to me and would say no thank you, lol. Those would be stock. No one buys them to replace worn ones. Should be no tramlining with them unless they are at 5/32 or less. Pressure?
Okay that makes me feel better. Haven't had this Gen 6 for long. The good news on my Gen 7 with Continental stock tires I have no tramlining at all. The steering is night and day, very light almost too light. So somewhere in between would have been nice, lol. These Mustangs do that a lot.
Gotcha. So Michelin p4s4 or maybe continental??Iâve had 3 different sets of summer tires in size 265 35/20 and they all tram. Those big center ribs will grab pretty aggressively if the overlap is right. Stock pirellis, Yokohamas, and Nittos. So far the Nittos are the worst. Other than being ice skates the pirellis were ok when they got warm. But anything other than hot they were slippery.
many, including myself report no tram lining. alignment and tires do matter.Gotcha. So Michelin p4s4 or maybe continental??
Or is it just the geometry of the S550 that is going to dictate tram lining no matter tire choice?

Whatâs your camber setting? I have mine pretty dead nuts center just about -0.8 +- 0.1 . Same with toe. It doesnât tram all the time, just gets grabby on the asphalt sections butted up.I m running 305 s front and rear, Michelin PS4S stock tire. Dead straight, doesn t move.
not sure, I ve never done it. Just got the car at 18K miles.Whatâs your camber setting? I have mine pretty dead nuts center just about -0.8 +- 0.1 . Same with toe. It doesnât tram all the time, just gets grabby on the asphalt sections butted up.
I ran almost -3 degrees on my GTI and never had any of the same driving characteristics. Those were a 225 45/18 on a 7.5 wide wheel. Different car and all that but they weighed within 400lbs of each other.
Iâve never run the MPS4S, but maybe theyâre a less aggressive tread pattern. Maybe you have better roads too. But these cars will tug a bit, especially if it crowns on the abutment. I canât say Iâve had it happen on a stripe, but these cars tram under certain circumstances. Like I said, it isnât all the time.not sure, I ve never done it. Just got the car at 18K miles.
This. Tires is a huge factor. Wide tires and wide and sticky tires will accentuate it.If youâre running a wide (greater than 8â) summer tire with a fat center rib, youâll always tram on big seams in the road. Brand doesnât matter.
