I am definitely one of those that ordered, checked other orders with the same dealer even the one that ordered theirs on the 20th does not have a vin...though I can wait and for the person says partial vin?? how the he'll cab you possibly get a partial vin? lol

When someone POST's A PICTURE of THE CUSTOMER ORDER SCREEN SHOWING The VIN. I would expect someone may feel more comfortable blocking out the last 8 digits of their VIN - IE PARTIAL VIN.

Someone nicely informed me the first part of the URL (cotusb) should be shortened to 'cotus', removing the 'b'. The 'b' was said to stand for beta, which is why there might have been inconsistency in results being displayed.

I put in the order for mine last week at the Exchange New Car Sales (I'm currently stationed overseas if any of you all are familiar with that) and haven't received anything except the order number from them, but not an actual order number from Ford (much less a VIN). No contact from a rep from the dealership it's supposed to be sent to either. Anyone have any insight?

Send a PM to "FordService" (minus quotes) here on the Forums and either Tricia or Deysha will check on your order number for you in the internal Ford system. The tracking websites aren't very reliable (yet).

The order I got isn't a Ford order number, it's an internal ENCS order number.

Heh, sorry - I should refrain from posting until I'm fully awake! I wonder if there is a way to call and get a true order number and dealer number from them so that you can track it?
