Hi guys first time posting :)
I ordered 2015 Mustang GT Premium black on 9/19
dealer said their is no build in date yet, So I asked him what is my dealer code and order number? He told me everything but I still cant tracking my car.
When I pre-order my car they gave me pink slip(for only car price with the tax) and deposit receipt, I cant find my order number.

If he gave you your order number and dealer code, you just track it on COTUS. Im confused if you have your dealer code and order number or not :p

He gave me order number and dealer code, and I tried to track it on COTUS. But not working(No matching vehicle found. Please verify your input and try again.)

Hmm.. I'm really not sure then, If they ordered on 9/19 your order should def be in there by now. Try giving them a call about it, you can PM me your order number and dealer code and I can try, but im sure i will get the same results.

If there are multiple cars on the same order, it'll never show up, and you have to wait until you get a VIN.

If in doubt, PM 'FordService' with the order and dealer information and they'll be able to tell you if it's in the system and if there are other cars on the order that would prevent you from seeing it in cotus.

Most likely you'll just need to wait for a VIN.

Regardless, until you get a VIN, you'll just be looking at a pretty static image for a good while.

Cotus is acting funny tonight....could be that. I had to refresh like 30 times and still had errors when my order came up.

My car never showed up in cotus using order#/dealer code. If wasnt until I got my VIN (provided by the dealer) that it started showing in cotus. Even if I try right now the order#/dealer code I get the infamous "No matching vehicle found" message but VIN works...
