It’s called a civilized society……Ok you are right and I am wrong. All better.
i'll see your false dilemma fallacy and raise you a universal truth.

Ok I surrender, I said you you are right and I am wrong. You should feel better and now be able to say you won. I think based on your idiotic statements everyone can see who you are.
that wasn't for you.

It’s all good. I believe people are entitled to their opinions. Regardless I respect that other people have their own beliefs. I removed my disrespect wording that I should not have used. Moving on now….

You’re so off the mark that it is funny..
Considering restrictions/rules on how a vehicle can be operated as “Essential Liberty “ is an insult to BJ
Look at Russia, china or n.korea right now if you want To see what real essential liberty is….
But obviously you believe that only you speak the truth and anyone that disagree with you is a moron

Sorry officer, I will accept your ticket and go to court with two items.
1) A certificate of unmodified vehicle from the dealer.
2) The EPA certified listed federal acceptance for your model vehicle.
And then I’d send the local PD a bill for your time and minimal trouble and copy the city attorney. Clearly, if you’re going to enforce motor vehicle laws, you should know your way around motor vehicles. Example: If you’re on patrol and you see a Mach 1 you should know that those cars are louder than a normal car, otherwise you’re just harassing someone.
I agree in a perfect world a police officer would never make a mistake, but they are human too.

My '70 is in pieces right now, but back when I drove it a fair amount I would get hassled every once in a blue moon by a cop who didn't realize that cars in MN with collector plates don't need to display a front plate. I even used to carry a printed and highlighted copy of the associated MN state regulation.

Edit: I agree if you feel a police officer harrassed you, then you should take legal action against them.

that is a misapplication of the broken window theory. bird-dogging people about stuff that the DOT and any number of other federal agencies signed off on because your state is too chickenshit to tell freeloaders to step off is exactly why california is going from a nice place to be to an absolute shithole.

furthermore everyone who complies with these unlawful ordinances is an accomplice to the tyranny at hand as well as that which follows.
\Totally disagree with you on that.

They are quality of life issues which worsen with acceptance. On a lesser level , anyone who has raised a child understand this.

Not everyone who breaks a window or drives with an illegal modification goes on to commit further violations BUT the bad in society see the weakness of unforced rules and will go to the next step.

As a professional, that needs to be taken very seriously because you can waste a lot of people’s time and resources including your own and possibly endanger others by lack of service.

You can’t live in California and be upset at cops harassing you for having a mustang. Is like complaining about high cost of living there. Unless you’re a Kardashian they will harass you till you give up or give in. When we would go visit my mother in law while she still lived in souther CA we would take my wife’s BMW. Never any of my loud ass cars. 😂

i figured that when i pointed out you were wrong.

factory exhaust is a quality of life issue? better go trade in your car before you destroy suburbia.

Not everyone who breaks a window or drives with an illegal modification goes on to commit further violations BUT the bad in society see the weakness of unforced rules and will go to the next step.
and what you're missing is that tyranny results in places like california going from beautiful destinations to absolute shitholes under the boot of bullies with badges while authoritarian simps make excuses for that destroying the rule of law.

oh and the end result of that is an awful bloody war with a lot of broken windows.

its better for you to go to court, beat the shit out of the case, set the precedent for others, and take back your state from your tyrannical overlords that hassle people about STOCK VEHICLES.

the answer is to fight tyranny at every step cause it won't stop there.

whatever you do, if you don't have the balls to take back your liberty don't come to Texas to destroy ours.
This is the mindset that every American (patriot) should have. I never understood people that said, “…I’m moving out of CA, the politicians are the worst…” How about fight for your ****** state? How about that? And the rest of America is just gonna hand over CA and NY to the Communist tyrants? Texas and Florida are under constant media attack for what they represent.

Also, governmental laws are not infallible. At one point if was a law in America…to punish people for aiding runaway slaves. A law. It was law in America to remove Native Americans from their land. Let’s not even get into Nazi Germany, or The Vatican during the Dark Ages.

Just to say “…well, it is the law. Comply or get punished…” is one of the most naive, dumbest thing a person can say. We have to defend our liberties, our properties and our conscience.

I live in CA, consider myself a patriot and fight with everything I have to make changes. I think the mindset is that everyone in CA is like that. Very far from the truth. We are just outnumbered. I live in the Central Valley and the majority of people here can't stand our policies. It really sucks seeing what has happened to our state!

Living on the other side of the country in an area where people like their loud pickup trucks and guns, I never was able to appreciate just how "unique" things were in California until my daughter took a 3 month contract job out there. She says she will NEVER go back. After hearing some of her stories, I'm amazed anyone lives there on purpose.

Look at some of mindless crap posted on here, those are the people who stay on purpose. They can enjoy them selves.
