Car is a 2020 GT with a ess blower, stock manifolds and stock TB. I noticed when I looked at someone elses logs for their GT that they were hitting 100% on the TPS during a WOT run and then when they let off it was showing 0% for when they werent touching the pedal. My logs show when I am not touching the throttle it is at 13.7% and when I am wide open it is at 89.4%. I have a 6 speed thats the only thing I can think of that could be different between the cars. Is this normal for other manuals or is something off about my TPS? Car runs fine otherwise. Made really good power when it was tuned and revs out the whole way.

Tuners can changed TB opening positions. Anything over 85% is 99.9% WOT anyway.

Every ford I've ever logged going back a while hasn't had a 0 and 100%. Somewhere between 10 and 15% at full close and 89-95% at WOT is perfectly normal

After speaking with my tuner I realized my PID was throttle position SAE and the other person's was just Throttle Position. After switching it to non SAE it shows 100% now.
