Toss up between Lowering springs

[RCstang]

Need some advice here, not looking at making the ride harsh but just giving the car a nice lowered look. My choice so far is BMR, Eibach pro, and the steeda. This car alot of freeway driving so smoothness in ride quality needs to be stock or better. Whats your recommendation?

I have a 100 mile commute (50 miles each way) and went with the Steedas. I absolutely love them. They're linear so the car actually feels slightly softer than stock on the freeway, but they stiffen up real quick when you push them. They are without a doubt much better than stock in every way. Add their sway bars and you have a street car on rails that still maintains a comfortable ride.

Any of those would be a good choice; We went w the Eibach Pro springs and can't really feel a difference as far as ride comfort vs stock. The new IRS setup really does make a huge difference in this car after lowering. Our old solid axle 11 GT was lowered on Ford Racing springs and i could definitely tell.

The steedas are linear not progressive.

Yeah the steedas are linear but I have them on and I can't feel any loss in ride quality.

I corrected my post, however I stand by my statement. Very smooth ride and makes for a great daily with enhanced performance.

Id stick with a linear spring, Steeda is a good choice or wait for BMR as they will have different setups for different driving styles.

I have steeda springs I just installed this weekend. Ride is slightly more harsh over stock but the reduction in nose rise/dive is much improved over stock. Not regretting the choice to go with Steeda.

The only thing holding me back from steedas is they only offer a 1.0" drop in front and rear, where as the eibach pro takes into consideration of the heightened front of the mustang with their 1.1" front and 1.0" in rear.

We hear you, still trying to firm up the exact release date for our springs with the 1.125" drop up front, shouldn't be too much longer.
